Courier deliveries are available only to valid physical addresses within South Africa.

1. All Sales and Change-of-Mind Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and business reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect sizing choices, or unwanted items, unless required by law.

2. Defective or Damaged Goods
